best to start from the beginnin cos i wan to etched the trainin foreva in my mind

we fall in at 2.15pm
then we were asked to fall in in the parade square
jay-sir came and wan us to drink sips of water
then he asked us to fill them up
giv us 1 min nia ..
soon after , he wan us to pour the whole bottle of water on ourself
me so shocked loh
and wan us to do pumpin
wet from head to toe , we were asked to take our rifles from the rifles range at lvl 3.
the rifle sure heavy!
then we ned to "lock" the rifle
dunnoe why though ..

and we wear the constructive gloves and straight away do the pumpin style
and we down like 10 pumps only
then we do exercises liao .. warm-up only
we then form up 6 rows in front of jay-sir
and we do ...
50 counts of 4 jumpin jack
then like 20-30 pumps
and then we do the dunnoe wat la
the wan where we ned to change leg - jump up and down wan
my lef ache like crazy!

after bout 30 mins , NCC join us
they also rifles
we then do the exercise i mention above
and so on ....

LM , Saba , ky and yiru all used wooden rifles
only me and BS used the real one
wah .. then we run 2 rounds round the skool and my leg no energy le
my hand ok but leg .....

then we run up and down the stairs
my leg really no energy liao loh
but must persevere .. cant giv up
im one of the last to ran back to the parade square ... sian la
then we do the cool down exercise and then the NCO's trainin stop here

while we are puttin back rifles , the NCO's report that one rifles lost
so we all cant rest
ned stay at the patch of green grass
jay-sir very scared ; then rifles found
he relieved ; we cheer

and blah blah blah ...
